PanARMENIAN.Net - A total of 3,117 people were killed during recent protests in Iran, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on X.
"Honoring our commitment to full transparency before the people, the Iranian government has already published the names of 3,117 individuals killed as a result of the unrest, including around 200 representatives of the security forces.
If anyone disputes the accuracy of our data, please provide evidence," he wrote.
Earlier, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps carried out large-scale operations in Iran aimed at detaining alleged leaders of the protest actions.
U.S. President Donald Trump has given a maximum of 10-15 days for a "deal" with Iran. He told reporters aboard a plane en route to Georgia that 10 days would suffice, while 15 days would be the final deadline. He stressed that the deal would be concluded "one way or another."
