TEHRAN (Tasnim) The Iranian football club Persepolis and Turkish forward Serdar Dursun parted company.

The 33-year-old forward had signed an 18-month deal with Persepolis in January.

Persepolis is going to bring Shahriyar Moghanlou as Dursuns replacement.

The Reds have previously parted ways with their midfielder Saeid Mehri.

Persepolis, headed by Vahid Hashemian, was held to a 1-1 draw by Fajr Sepasi in its 2025-26 Iran Professional League (IPL) opening match.
