TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Iranian top-flight football club Naft Masjed Soleyman parted company with Ebrahim Ashkesh Sunday night.

He had replaced Mohammad Reza Mohajeri in late December but failed to help the team move up in the Iran Professional League (IPL) table.

Former Havadar coach Reza Enayati is a candidate to take charge of Naft Masjed Soleyman.

The team sits 16th in the IPL table with nine points out of 16 matches.
